Thank you for purchasing our products or subscribing to our services operated by Pilla Tax Academy.

 

We offer a full money back guarantee on our Taxpayers Defense Conference up to 24 hours after event concludes. If 24 hours have gone by since event conclusion and no refund request has been made, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or credit. You will not be granted continuing education credits if a refund is processed.

 

If for any reason, you are unable to attend the event live, due to an emergency, lack of internet connection, or for any other reason, you will receive the opportunity to attend an exclusive on demand virtual classroom to receive the continuing education credits. 

 

Note: In the event you request a refund, you agree to deactivate and uninstall any Apps or Plugins from any of your devices (phones, computers, tablets, etc) if a refund is granted.

If you receive a refund of any purchase for any of our products or services, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You agree to immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: applications, video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, special training information, membership areas, special social media groups limited to paying members, and any other company resources.


MISSING REFUNDS

Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive your refund request.

 

If you haven’t received an appropriate requested refund yet, first check with your credit card provider or bank account again.
